Today I have a quick video for you so you can get a good quality sleep. Who wants that?  I know when its not happening.. I’m grumpy, have been known to yell at the kids.  I reach for those foods that I know are not good for me just because I am tired.  It can also lead to weight gain.  Watch this video as this one easy tip works for my clients and I want to share it.
